Smoking in the rooms is NOT permitted. The abuse will be penalized by € 150.

price per day on request: supplement in double/twin room for single use
10€ per night for the underground car park (in the categories Superior, Deluxe, Elegance and Suit/Loft it is included)

Discounts:
-100% children from 0-1,99 years
-50% children from 2-5,99 years
-20% children from 6-11,99 years
-10% from 12 years up (always in an extra bed in the parents' room and 3rd - 4th person)

Tourist tax and tourism tax of € 3.50 (> 14 years) per person and per night are not included in the price and will be charged additionally (increases with reservation)

Terms of cancellation according to Art. 1382 ZGB

1. Until latest 30 days before the agreed arrival of the guest/the guests, the residential contract can be terminated by the guest or the purchaser by an unilateral written declaration.

• cancellation until latest 15 days before the agreed arrival: 40% of the agreed total amount.
• cancellation until latest 8 days before the agreed arrival: 60% of the agreed total amount.
• cancellation less than 8 days before the agreed arrival: 70% of the agreed total amount.
• The cancellation has to be terminated by a unilateral written declaration and has to be in the hands of the proprietor within the time periods mentioned above.
• In case of no-show: 100% of the agreed total amount.
• The agreed total amount is the amount for the room, the food and other services.
• If the guest does not need or does not cancell some of the booked beds, the percentage refers to the agreed amount for the non-used or non-cancelled beds. For make your booking binding, we ask you to send us a written confirmation that you accept our general terms.
